Best weekend EVER :)

So I had a few days off last week.  It was a nice much needed break from work.  I got to spend time with family and friends and had a blast.

Thursday was my mom's birthday.  We made her a cake and took it to her at work.  Had a nice dinner and gave her a wii for her birthday.  It was a lot of fun :)

Friday night was spent at the Hardware Bar for a friend's birthday. 

We were waiting for the time to come to leave...

Over the weekend, some friends came over.  We had a new drink called Zombie- I wasn't a huge fan lol

We also found a recipe for AMAZING chocolate peanut butter chip cookies.  That recipe will be shared in my other blog. :)

We also made some quesadillas for dinner.  Amanda did a good job chopping up the peppers!

After dinner a shot of jameson was in order...

It was then time to play some Wii!

Kim got so excited she accidently smacked herself in the face :(  I completley understand.  Wii fencing is amazing and each time I do it I'm afraid I'm going to smack my TV...

Today was back to work...and also a snow day!  I'd kindly like to remind people again, that it's February and it's not supposed to be 70 degrees...so get over yourselves...Thanks :)

Day 6 - A picture of a person you'd love to trade places with for a day.

SURPRISE!!!! The person I'd love to trade places with...is ME ha!  Acutally, I really had a hard time answering this question because I am happy with who I am.  The only thing I'm particularly unhappy with currently is my job.

Day 5- A Picture of your favorite memory...

Ugh....this photo is hard.  I can't decide on just ONE favorite memory...so I am modifying it!  A picture of a few of my favorite memories :)

First memory!  Teaching dance and of course performing :) I really wish I could still teach and dance...but thanks to my work schedule I can't do that right now :(  I really miss it.

Next favorite memory is spending time with my duck Squeak!  He was one of the coolest pets ever :) (Don't tell Tucker I said that...)

Third favorite!  Spending time with my family :) They are crazy and fun.

Fourth favorite memory!  Hanging out with my bird White-Face.  He's definitely a goober but he's fun and always knows just "what" to say haha.

Fifth favorite memory would have to include various days spent at the PA Ren Faire!!!

Sixth favorite memory belongs to spending time with Mike's and my friends!

Seventh favorite memory (Oh and these memories are in no particular order lol) Seeing my brother graduate!

Eighth favorite...visiting the Kennedy Space Center!

And last but certainly not least- when Amanda and I had our sleep over at Ryan and Joe's apartment...we were house sitting...and hiding rolls of toilet paper in various locations lol...



Early Valentine's Day!

So because Valentine's Day falls on a work day, Mikeface and I decided that we would do Valentines today :)

                    I went to sit down at my computer this morning to find a PUPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Mikeface also got me some Valentine's Pez :)

The bear was hugging a heart shapped box full of Reeces Peanut Butter cups lol but Mike wanted to desparately get them in the freezer.

We went to Giant and picked up some food to make for dinner and seen the cool sunset...so here are some pictures

The sunset pictures came out kind of blurry but it was going away fast and I couldn't find the right setting on my camera :( haha Oh well, you get the idea!

Day 4 - A Picture of your night...

A picture of my night...My night generally consists of lots of World of Warcraft playing time :) This of course is after I get home from work around 10:15 at night. Depending on how tired I am, and if we have any Netflix DVD's to watch depends on how long I play.  It's great though because a bunch of my friends play, Mike plays, and my brother plays.  Who needs Facebook when you've got WoW ;) lol.

Day 3 - A picture of the cast from your favorite show.

Well that's easy! :) A picture of the cast from  my favorite show...Sam and Dean in Supernatural :)  I am a slacker and have fallen behind a few episodes in season 6, so I definitely need to catch up....perhaps I will do that this coming Thursday.  If you haven't watched it- I strongly recommend it!

A picture of me and my "little" brother haha.  Being the dorks that we are, we both love the PA Ren Faire and we love playing World of Warcraft (Maybe him a little more than me..though...I'm told he perhaps uses his game time more "wisely")

Super Bowl Sunday

I'm not really one to watch/like football at all...however, my mom had gotten some food together so Mike and I spent some time at her house visiting, and watching the game.  The sunset was pretty neat on the way over...

Tucker and Mike were getting ready for the big game...

Obviously, from my pictures, you can see that I was not interested in the game...

Tucker decided that tossing his bed all around the living room was appropriate since the people on tv were tossing a ball around I suppose...

And...I still wasn't interested in the game lol...though, apparently Tucker wasn't either. He just wanted to smile at me :)

During the last quarter of the game...Tucker got pretty sleepy too

After the game, Mike and I came home and played some WoW with Joe.  After a dungeon run, Mike got bored and switched to a different game...so I made some friends on my goblin...

And now that it's 2:20am...I'd say it's time to say goodnight :)
